Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced the launch of a new surface mount Hi Rel COTS series solid tantalum chip capacitors. These capacitors offer Weibull grading, surge current testing options that comply with per MIL PRF 55365 standard, low ESR options, and built-in fuses to achieve high reliability and provide short circuit protection in critical applications.
