+86-0755-89390538Nichicon, Japan, announced the development of the "industry's highest" conductive aluminum solid electrolytic capacitor with a rated voltage of 100V. There are two types of "LV series" with lead wire shape and "CV series" with chip shape, both with a rated voltage of 100V. The maximum rated voltage of this capacitor before was 63V.
In addition, Nijikang also announced the development of a conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitor with a lifespan of 3000 hours at 125 ℃. There are also two models available: LX series and CX series. The previous durability guarantee temperature for this capacitor was 105 ℃.
According to Nijikang, the ESR (equivalent series resistance) characteristics of aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors using conductive polymers as negative electrode materials have received praise and have been widely used in personal computers and their peripheral components. Recently, with the launch of high-voltage products, the use of LED backlight driver circuits in ultra-thin TVs has gradually increased. This time, based on the accumulated technology, Nijikang has developed products with higher pressure resistance and a wider temperature range by optimizing polymer formation methods, component composition, and component design. By launching these new products into the market, we aim to expand product demand.
Mass production began in April 2011
The main performance aspects of products with a rated voltage of 100V include a rated voltage range of 80-100V and a rated electrostatic capacity range of 6.8-22 μ F. Durability guaranteed for 3000 hours at 105 ℃. In terms of size, the LV series with a lead shape is 8mm in diameter x 9mm in length to 10mm in diameter x 13mm in length, while the CX series with a chip shape is 8mm in diameter x 10mm in length to 10mm in diameter x 12.7mm in length.
The main performance aspects of a product with a durability guarantee temperature of 125 ℃ and a lifespan of 3000 hours are rated voltage range of 16-50V and rated electrostatic capacity range of 22-390 μ F. In terms of size, the lead shaped LV series is 8mm in diameter x 9mm in length to 10mm in diameter x 13mm in length, while the chip shaped CX series is 6.3mm in diameter x 6mm in length to 10mm in diameter x 12.7mm in length. In addition, the durability guarantee time for products with a diameter of 6.3mm at 125 ℃ is 1500 hours.
The supply of samples for each product started in October 2010. It is scheduled to start mass production in April 2011, with a production scale of 1 million units per month. In addition, Nijikang showcased these new products at the "CEATEC JAPAN 2010" event held at the Messe Convention and Exhibition Center in Muzhang on October 5th (Tuesday) to 9th (Saturday).
